At the annual business meeting, the general membership of the Florida Association of Colleges & Universities, votes to elect a slate of board members presented by the nominating committee. The Board reflects all three sectors with at least two presidents representing state universities, state colleges, and independent colleges/universities. In addition, the Board includes one member-at-large and may include ex-officio members. From its members, the Board elects officers to include a President, Vice-President, and Immediate Past President. Each office is held by a member of each sector on a rotating basis.
